DOUGLAS R. GRAHAM Doug passed away in Ottawa on Saturday, July 9, 2011. He was eighty eight years old. He was predeceased by his wife Geraldine (Bunny) and is survived by his daughter Nancy Mandigo (Stephen), his son Richard, his sister Pat Overgaard (Dagg), his partner Ena McGee, and his grandchildren Lindsay and Christopher Mandigo. Doug was a career employee of ALCAN Aluminum Limited, serving in engineering and general management positions in many parts of the world, including multi-year assignments in Canada, Denmark, England, and the United States. Born in Winnipeg, Doug was a Civil Engineering graduate from the University of Manitoba (Class of 48). During the Second World War, he was a navigator with the R.C.A.F. More recently, he was a member of St. James Anglican Church, Manotick, The Royal Canadian Legion (Branch 3141), the Manotick Kiwanis Club, and the Carleton Golf and Yacht Club. A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 22, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at St. James the Apostle, 1138 Bridge St., Manotick, followed by a reception at the Royal Canadian Legion.
